Become a driver

1. Hold a valid Saskatchewan Class 5 or Class 4 driver’s license. For more information, please refer to the City of Regina | Taxi Licenses guidelines .
2. Pass Taxi Driver Criminal Record Check, through the Regina Police Service (RPS). 
3.  Visit the City Hall Licensing Counter to complete the application form, and obtain your Taxi badge.
